iUniverse author Paula Burzawa celebrates on her selection for Sirenland 2013.

iUniverse is delighted that our author, Paula Burzawa has been chosen to attend the prestigious literary conference, Sirenland 2013.

As legendary author John Steinbeck himself said:

“Positano bites deep. It is a dream place that isn’t quite real when you are there and becomes beckoningly real after you have gone.”

Since Paula self-published her debut rite of passage novel, “Seasons of Sun”, with us in 2010, she has been very busy indeed with book readings and signings and trying to find the time to finish the prequel and her second novel.

Anyway enough of me and I leave it to Paula to describe how excited she is about her forth coming adventure at Sirenland 2013:

“Happy to share that I’ve been selected to attend Sirenland 2013, the international writer’s conference in Positano, Italy. This conference, held at the world famous, La Sirenuse hotel (where the movie, Only You was filmed) is limited to a small amount of writers that attend   workshops to perfect their skills and are mentored by top authors in the literary world. My latest novel, a prequel to my debut book, Seasons of Sun, was submitted for entry and selected for this dream of a lifetime opportunity! I am looking forward to perfecting my manuscript book with the guidance of best selling authors! My latest project details the plight of my maternal grandfather during WWI, and is a work of historical fiction based on the love story of my grandparents in a Greek mountain village.
